This Privacy Policy describes what data FLOWXE Network (“Service”, “we”) collects, how it is used, and what rights you (“User”) have. The Service provides internet connection acceleration and optimisation, accessible via Telegram bot @flowxe_bot and the web dashboard at cabinet.flowxe.io.

By using the Service you confirm you have read and agree to this Policy.

1. Data Controller

The FLOWXE Service is operated by FLOWXE Network. For all privacy-related inquiries, contact us through the Help / Support section of Telegram bot @flowxe_bot.

2. Data Minimisation Principle

FLOWXE follows a strict data-minimisation principle. We do not keep or store logs of users’ internet activity. Specifically, we do not record:

  • history of connections to internet resources;
  • content of transmitted data;
  • session connection and disconnection timestamps;
  • network addresses assigned on servers;
  • per-session traffic breakdown.

3. Data We Process

3.1 Authorization

The web dashboard and Telegram bot use Telegram Login exclusively for authentication. We receive and store:

  • Telegram ID — a numeric identifier automatically passed by Telegram upon login.
  • Telegram username (if set) — for display in the dashboard.
  • HWID (device identifier) in hashed form — to enforce the per-account device limit.
  • Subscription status and expiry date.
  • Total data volume per account (no per-session detail).

Email registration will be added in a future update once the mail service is configured. Until then, Telegram is the only login method.

3.2 Technical Data

  • Aggregate per-server statistics (not linked to any individual user).
  • IP address when accessing the web dashboard — retained for no more than 30 days.

3.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Third-party tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, or cookies.
  • Device geolocation data.
  • Bank card details (processed exclusively by payment providers).
  • Performance of contract — processing data necessary to provide the subscription service.
  • Legitimate interest — ensuring the Service operates reliably and securely.
  • Consent — for informational notifications via the bot (explicit opt-in only).

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes. Sharing may occur with:

  • Payment providers — solely to process transactions.
  • Infrastructure providers — to operate the Service (bound by confidentiality agreements).
  • Government authorities — only under a legally binding court order.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the Support section of @flowxe_bot. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Policy Updates

For material changes you will receive a notification via @flowxe_bot. The current version is always available at legal.flowxe.io/en/privacy/.
