Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FLOWXE Network (“Service”) — an internet connection acceleration and optimisation service. The Service is available via Telegram bot @flowxe_bot and the web dashboard at cabinet.flowxe.io. By signing in or using the Service in any form, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

  • “Service” — the FLOWXE Network software and infrastructure providing internet acceleration services.
  • “Telegram bot” — @flowxe_bot, the primary entry point.
  • “Web dashboard” — the user account interface at cabinet.flowxe.io.
  • “User” — an individual or legal entity using the Service.
  • “Account” — a record created upon first authorisation via Telegram.
  • “Subscription” — a paid access plan to the Service.
  • “Server” — a node of FLOWXE network infrastructure.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. To use the Service, sign in via @flowxe_bot or cabinet.flowxe.io — authorisation is performed through Telegram.

2.2. An account is created automatically upon first authorisation. You are responsible for the security of access to your Telegram account.

2.3. Creating more than one account per individual without prior approval from FLOWXE is prohibited.

2.4. The Service is available to persons aged 18 or older, or with the consent of a legal guardian.

2.5. Report any suspicious activity immediately to support via @flowxe_bot.

3. Purpose of the Service

The Service is provided as a tool for:

  • accelerating and optimising internet connections;
  • improving connection stability;
  • secure connections in public Wi-Fi networks;
  • corporate private connectivity for teams and remote work;
  • obtaining stable access to international services and resources.

The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with its purpose and applicable law.

4. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account suspension:

  • Distribution of content infringing copyright or related rights.
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or spyware.
  • Network attacks on third-party infrastructure (including DoS, scanning, brute-force attempts).
  • Unauthorised access to third-party systems or networks.
  • Sending spam or phishing messages.
  • Promotion of violence, terrorism, or extremism.
  • Distribution of CSAM or other illegal content.
  • Cryptocurrency mining using FLOWXE infrastructure.
  • Reselling or transferring access to third parties without FLOWXE approval.
  • Inappropriate communication with support (insults, threats) — suspension without refund.
  • Any actions violating applicable law.

5. Usage Limits

5.1. One subscription is intended for use on a limited number of devices in accordance with the tariff plan (HWID limit).

5.2. If the concurrent connection limit is exceeded, one of the devices may be temporarily disconnected.

5.3. The Service is not intended for industrial-scale data routing on behalf of an unlimited circle of persons.

5.4. In cases of abnormally high traffic consumption, FLOWXE may apply bandwidth limits (Fair Use Policy).

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the software, logo, brand and documentation belong to FLOWXE. These Terms do not grant any intellectual property rights to the Service, other than a limited right of use within the tariff plan.

7. Termination

7.1. You may delete your account via settings in @flowxe_bot or the web dashboard.

7.2. FLOWXE may suspend access in the event of:

  • a breach of these Terms;
  • non-payment of the subscription;
  • a lawful request from law-enforcement authorities.

7.3. In case of suspension for breach of these Terms, payments are non-refundable.

8. Liability and Warranties

8.1. The Service is provided “as is”. FLOWXE is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or by the actions of internet providers.

8.2. FLOWXE is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.

8.3. FLOWXE is not responsible for the operation of third-party client applications compatible with the Service.

8.4. The User is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their country when using the Service.

9. Changes to the Terms

We will notify you of changes via @flowxe_bot at least 10 days in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version: legal.flowxe.io/en/terms/.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are resolved as prescribed by law.
